Order Processing & Transit Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) before shipment. Estimated Transit Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 1–10 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Free Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $50.00 or more (excluding taxes and discounts). Orders Under $50: A flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and applied at checkout for orders under $50.

Shipping Destinations & Address Restrictions

Contiguous U.S. Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Excluded Locations: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, the Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, or any international addresses. No P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from our system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you have trouble finding your tracking information, please contact home@ampternoffice.com for assistance.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as carrier disruptions and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
